How to Delete Your Account
Learn how to delete your Moneywood account, what data is removed, and what is retained.
How to Delete
- App: Profile tab → Account Management → Delete Account
- Web: Settings → Delete Account
Data Deleted When You Delete Your Account
- Account information (email, name, profile)
- Watchlists and alert settings
- Email subscription information
- Social login connections (including Sign in with Apple/Google token revocation)
Data Retained for Legal Obligations
The following records are retained for the periods required by law and then destroyed.
- Access logs: 3 months from collection (as required by communications law)
- Payment/transaction records: 5 years from transaction date (as required by commercial and e-commerce laws)
- Consumer complaints or dispute records: 3 years after dispute resolution
Processing Time
- Deletion is processed immediately when you delete your account directly in the app or on the web.
- Email requests to biz@mymoneywood.com are processed within 5 business days after identity verification.
