These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the Moneywood service (the "Service") provided by Moneywood (the "Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service is a data curation platform that monitors and aggregates publicly available SEC filings, organizes institutional trade disclosures (including ARK Invest daily trades and 13F filings), and delivers structured data summaries via email reports and a web dashboard. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Article 3 (User Responsibilities)
Users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized account use.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to the Service, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
Article 5 (Subscription and Payment)
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro). Payment is processed by a third-party provider (Lemon Squeezy, LLC); the Company does not directly handle credit card numbers or payment credentials. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and auto-renew unless cancelled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support at biz.always.summer@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 7 days of charge for refund requests. The Company reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to subscribers.
Article 6 (Account Deletion)
Users may request account deletion and removal of their personal data by contacting biz.always.summer@gmail.com. Upon deletion, personal data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Article 8 (Privacy Policy)
Use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Service is a data curation platform that aggregates publicly available regulatory filings. It does not provide investment research, financial analysis, or personalized recommendations. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility, and past performance does not guarantee future returns. Users should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Article 12 (Data Accuracy)
The Company strives for accuracy, but information may contain errors or delays. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all data.
Article 13 (Service Changes)
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
Article 14 (Termination)
The Company may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons.
Article 15 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The Company may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
