Pursuant to Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, Always summer (the "Company") obtains this consent to deliver Moneywood service-related promotional information — including new feature announcements, content, insights, events, and promotions — to users who opt in to marketing communications.
With consent, you may receive the following promotional information: - New features, beta features, and service policy changes - Daily and weekly market briefings and insight report notifications - Cathie Wood (ARK Invest) trade activity summaries - Curated content related to your watchlist - Events, promotions, and surveys
Sent via in-app push notifications and email (ZeptoMail).
No additional information is collected solely for this consent; the email address and push notification token already collected at sign-up are used for promotional communications. Retention: until you withdraw consent or your account is deleted. Upon withdrawal, you are immediately removed from the marketing distribution list.
Pursuant to Article 50(3) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Company does not send promotional information between 21:00 KST and 08:00 KST without separate consent.
This consent is optional. Declining does not restrict account registration or access to the core Service. However, if you decline, you may not receive promotional content such as new feature announcements or insight report notifications.
You can stop receiving marketing communications at any time: - In-app: My → Notification settings → turn off marketing notifications - Email: use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email - Customer support: contact biz@mymoneywood.com to request withdrawal
When sending promotional information, the Company complies with the following pursuant to Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization: - It clearly marks promotional messages as advertising (e.g., an "(Ad)" label) in the subject or body, and provides instructions for opting out and withdrawing consent. - It confirms whether users wish to maintain their consent every two years from the date consent was obtained.
