Refund Policy

1. Refund Principle

Mymoneywood Pro is a digital content subscription service that provides immediate access to all Pro features and data upon subscription. As a digital content service, refund eligibility may be limited once content delivery begins.

2. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription payment date. After 7 days, refunds are not available. This applies equally to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email biz.always.summer@gmail.com with your registered email address and payment date. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation.

5. Exceptions

If the service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues on our end, you may request a refund regardless of the 7-day refund window.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
